Live Vaccine Against Sheep & Goat Pox and Lumpy Skin Disease in Cattle

A live, lyophilized vaccine developed from an avirulent strain of Capripoxvirus for the prevention of sheep and goat pox, and contagious lumpy skin disease (LSD) in cattle. Recommended for farms in endemic or high-risk areas.

  • Live avirulent Capripoxvirus (strain RKPBA-B-411)

  • Cultured in 3-KG continuous goat gonad cell line

  • Stabilizing medium:

    • Sucrose (2.5%)

    • Gelatose (0.5%)

    • Lactalbumin hydrolysate (3.5%)

Indications:

  • Lambs, sheep, and goats against smallpox

  • Cattle against contagious lumpy skin disease (LSD)


Recommended in endemic zones or areas with active disease risk.
